Slaped on not given bribe

I have opened an accouned in J-13/11.PATEL MARKET RAJOURI GARDEN NEW DELHI of Indian bank accout no 835035660 on 18/5 and I was told by the officer sitting on the counter that I will be given checque book and passbook by him after 2 days . but I have wisited him lot of time he do not give me any satisfactory answer.

On 1/6/09 he demanded rs 500 to issue the both matter was reported to the bank manager. Bank manager imediately issued me a passbook and asked me to came on 03/Jun to collect checque book and replied " I will definately take action against my staff I reached the bank I suerprised bank manager was not there and that person he simply slaped me on asking me about my checque book.
