Very Poor Service of Broadband

Sub: Redressal of complain on Broadband

Dear Sir,

It is to intimate your generosity that I am a subscriber holding my land line Telephone No. 2472921 and a broadband connection has also been allotted to my this telephone. Sir, I am regular subscriber paying all my monthly bill within the due date. Apparently, I am very much pained and with great regret I am to bring to your kind notice that since last two months together I am facing problem with the broadband connection.

Sir, I am businessman and have taken this broadband connection with hope of ray to serve my business as well as personal purposes. But, in fact it is my observation that during the peak morning hours most of the time LINK in broadband is found to be failure and on the other hands very frequency in link failure.

Sir, in this event, I lodged my complain on your complain cell No. 2731255 on various occasions and had a talk to them several times informing my nature of complain in the broadband, but so far none has come down to attend the complain. To-day I had a telephonic talk to you Vigilance cell to this effect over Mobile No.94350 00229.

Finally, I have been rather constrained to lodge my complain on you for your kind information, finding no other alternative. Sir, I am very much hopeful that your generosity will look after my subject grievance seriously and shall expedite early redressal of my complain graciously and oblige.

Your prompt redressal of my complain shall be highly appreciated.
