No Supply of Cooking Gas

I am Shaju, a Indiane Cooking Gas coustomer and my consumer No. TS 15591, residing D-50/27 Dilshad Colony, Delhi - 95.

I am realy fed up with my gas distributior M/s Sindhu Enterprises, 23 A DDA Flat, Pocket A, Dilshad Garden - 95.

I have booked for refiling cooking gas on 05.03.2009 vide booking no 24 on Phone no. 1260 and till date they have not supplied the refilled cylinder. It is more than 14 days. The distributer do not pick up phone for any complaint. I went personlly, they did not listen to our problem/complaint. What is the realy problem? Any shortage of Gas supply from company? I want an explanation from your side. Please Solve the problem. Other wise will go for other hard measures.
