Lone delay in getting the cyline

I P.S cleetus customer of Indian Gas, Customer No.1290 with M/s. ABHILASH GAS AGENCIES, N.PARUR, ERNAKULAM dist, kerala (distributor code 4502667) have faced delay in getting the Gay cylinder from the above said Agency . we booked the gas Cyliner on 08.11.2008 with them but till today we are not recived the gas cylinder from them . even they are not giving any proper explanations or answer to us.
In adidtion to this when ever we are trying to conatct them over phone, they are not behaveing properly to us
