Gas cylinder delivery problem

Sir,

I am customer of M/s. Yashoda gas agency, padmarao nagar, secunderabad, hyderabad, andhra pradesh. My customer NO.32289.

I booked gas on 14.10.2009 : at 11:43am and complaint no. 4487.they told gas will be reached in 7 days but till the date not reached... this is the not first time, every time i am facing this problem.. once i booked the complaint they not delivered the cylinder. i call to to agency people they told already delevered, but i have not receaved...

so, please take necessary action.
