Sir i have buy mobile (used) from ebay. the seller name is juned merchart, sir first complaint is he give me

the 1gb card free. that she not give me, then second is the batttery of the phone is 1st day of phone

not working good, and the third is after 2 weeks of phone the display of a phone is cannot working.

plese give me suggestion what can i do against him.
