Issue In Opening new Connection

Dear All,

I am sangar ganesh presently residing at Hosur. I have approched the Indian Gas agency in Hosur to open a new Gas connection for my home. see below, for what are all the issues we are facing in Indian Gas Company in Horsur to open gas connections.

For Information

1st I approached their office on 26th june to know about the procedure for opening connection

2nd I went on 29th June with all the information that they needed but they asked me to come only at 2.00 p.m to 3.00 p.m to open the new connection.

3rd time I went on 2nd July at 2.00 p.m to open the connection but they said new gas connection procedure changed so come after 8th July and they assured they will give connection in 3 days.

4th time I went on 9th July to get new connection but they said new gas connection opening form is not there so come on Monday.

I'm working as software engineer in wipro but i cannot put leave all the days to open a new connection when ever they said that even only at 2.00pm. Is Gas company will work only at 2.00p.m

Its worst performance i have ever seen in any government office. Please take right action at right time.

I'm not asking for myself all the people here facing the same problem with different issues.
