Dear Sir/madam

My name is Renu Roy, My Gas nos is 4299 with the name moti lal, I m booked the cyliner before diwali, but today, 6th Nov, i have no recived my cylinder, Today I m call in agency, but lady saying not booked your cyliner,

This is very Critical, i have problem

So pls solve the problem, this problem is every month
