Delivery of Gas Cylinder not in time

Dear Sir,

we have given the booking of gas at Shivanika Enterprises on 20/1 booking No. 823. They have given the date of delivery is 26th Jan - 27th Jan. But we have not receivng the Cylinder till now. This is not the first case. We were always receving the Cynlider after 15Days from date of booking. My cusotmer no is 11612. Please help us.
