Irrespect answring, delaying delevary

Respected sir,

I am Ms. K. Vanaja indian gas coustmar location ecil, hyderabad. We are tyerd with (ENNAR GAS SERVICE, H.NO. 19.72, Ennar towers, Brundhavan Colony, Dr. A.S. Rao Nagar, Hyderabad - 62)

(1) they wont pick the phone even not in engage.

(2) Irrespect responce in phone or directly.

(3) We hav booked the gas last month, but they didnt delevired till now, today morning hardly connected the phone and they told that cum to office and take the gas cylendar, by 4:30 I av goan there they are saying that it is new booking you hav to wit for more 5 day, even i am saying that morning i av called you people, you people said that come and collect the gas, but they are very rudly ansered that they wont give now, this is reapitly happening.

kindly justfy us, if not tell me the process to change the connection to other company (HP or Bharath gas)
