Second cylinder Allotment

Sir,

I, R. JAMALAIAH holding the Gas connection bearing No: MGA-23093 since 21st July with Madhavi Gas Agency, Indane Gas Distributor, 8-1-307, Shaikpet, Hyderabad which is first transfer from New Delhi. I have approached the Agency several times for conversion the same to double cylinders but rejected saying that there was no orders from the Company for provision of second cylinder facility.

After several requests they have registered and issued serial number to me was 796 on 3rd May. But I could not get the provision of Double Cylinder with reason that there is no order from the Company. The undersigned is facing much problem for getting Gas with single cylinder, as such, you are therefore requested kindly be arranged to provide the Second Cylinder at the earliest.
