Harrasment by Distributors

Dear sir,

We are the customer of indane gas from more than 20 years. Previouly we are staying in rourkela-highly satisfied with the service. My first complain against Balarampur Indane, purulia, West Bengal, code-141031 is that they dont deliver the gas cylinder at my residence which is not even 2km from their godown & office. We have to take it from godown or wait for more than 2 month for their delivery which is no way possible for a family like ours. Seccond complian- last delivery we have took in 20th may09 then gone for booking on 22nd may 09, they dont booked & call after a week, they book the cylinder on 1st june09.today is 15 th & they has not yet deliver.when i call them they said it will take a month more.they are harrasing all the customer by saying short in the supply.on the other hand delivery boys selling the cylinder at Rs 450 at every nook & corner. All this corruption force me to complian to indian gas.pls do the need full as soon as possible.
