GAS DELIVERY PROBLEM

Dear Sir

I am jyotsna rani pati wife of D.B Panda having consumer no 20146 have booked gas under kleen gas dealerrship of indian gas from bbsr orissa on dt 08.10.2009.till date i have several times rang but not received gas not yet.i am facing so many problem due to shortage of gas.

Please rectify it & take astrong action against the dealer.
