Delay of Issue 2nd Cylinda

Dear Sir,

I am K Srinivasa Rao from Howrah my Indian Gas Dealer "ALLADIN" Andul Road, Howrah regarding issue of 2nd Cylindar till now I am not receiving any Indian GAs 2nd Cylinder due his delay & Blocked, why because they are not receiving my request letter since 2006. He is told you are in quee so no need to any request letter for 2nd cylindar, but he never take my letter I am request to him my son age is 3 Years and also I am non locla please consider my request.

I wold request to you ask again & again please consider my above request & issue the 2nd Cylindar immediately
