Non receipt of timly Gas Cylinde

Dear Sir,

I have indane gas connection (Customer no. R-16359) with M/s Rajendra Gas Services, 58 Shopping Centre, Ambabari, Jaipur-30 Rajasthan. I booked for a refill LPG cylinder with agency on 09-01 (Booking No. 109482) but inspite of more than 20 days time, I have not so far received refill cylinder from the agency due to which our faimily is under going extreme hardship. Kindly look into the matter for urgent delivery of the gas cylineder to us.
