Not picking the phone

we are from faridabad .calling at 0129-2235307 from past 5 or 6 days continously to book an indian gas as we are one of the customer of them either the phone is engaged or either no one picking up the phone. i dnt know wht to do nw can u plz solve my problem my number is 09213130609.
