Gas cylinder not reciving.after boking

Sir I am Mr, Arvind m panchal. My cosumer no. is A.16025. I booked for refill on 5 feb 08. but till date I did not get it. when I enquired 3 timethey told me to wait for futther 2 days every time this thing is not happing first time, this is a routine business for them. At least 90% consumers are suffering with this deases provided by local gas agency (Nirmala gas agencyAkhbar ngr navavadaj). Staffs working in this gas agency are very -very rude.
