SIR,

I had booked a cyllinder date (1-5) with Parul gas service shop no.3-4, main road hardev nagar, jharoda, burari, delhi-84. My consumer number is 18828. Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff had used filthy language against me.
