Heavy gas leakage from cylinde

Sir, I am lingaraj nahak a customer of indane gas. My consumer no is 31003. I received one full cylinder on 1st of oct' 2008.

Yesterday night While I connect that cyl. with my Gas stove found heavy leakage is coming. immediately I stop the stove. disconnected the cyl. Today morning while I complaint to the agency over telephone on # (0657-2306587) at around 10.00 am the representative told me that no body is available at shop due to durga puja festival.

who will take care of this?

Pls. look in to the matter & do the needful.
