Not yet issued Second Cylinder Connection

HI,

I have taken Indian Gas connection in 2001.And I have applieed for second cylinder in 20007 in bangalore. But till now I haven't got the second connection. Even I am not getting proper responce from the company. Plase let me know whoom I have to contact for correct information when I will get the connection
