Non delivery of by booking

Sir,

have booked for refil on 12th jan but the distributer SIDDARTHA AGENCY, hyderabad, A-P. was

told you have booked on 19th jan now. he did not giving any reference no at the time of booking for refil

i am facing too much problem and i have ONLY ONE CYLINDER how can i cook without a cylinder please look in to the matter and take necessary action against the agency.
