Transaction failed after payment and debited money from bank account

This is Hari Kiran. K and just before I made a online transaction through ICICI net banking for 14-11, 6:00 PM show in Talkie town, Hyderabad, I have provided my details email and mobile number given below and after the successful transaction, While it was redirecting to bookmyshow.com it showed up, Technical Error: -27001 and transaction failed. I verified the account details and it shows the amount 237.09 was debited from my account in the account summary. Immediately I called bookmyshow.com customer care. The agent told me to mail you the issue with reference id and transaction details. So that I am expecting either a confirmation about my tickets to the show or refund the money into the original ICICI account, 004801517005, account holder's name Leela Krishna Kandrakota. Expecting a prompt reply and a quick action. Also please check with the following transaction details collected online from ICICI bank.
