Unsatisfactory services of Airtel (Our Airtel Nos. 9936634260, 261, 262 & 264)

Miscellaneous

Dear Sir,

This has the reference to the interrupted services for more than last one month to our Airtel Nos. 9936634260, 261, 262 & 264 which has affected the major academic as well as R& D activities which are irrecoverable.

After several discussions with your Mr. Amit Srivastava (9935086580/81), Mr. Babloo (9935086530) and Mr. Gaurav Kaushik (9935099778) nothing has improved. Your Gaurav Kaushik is mentioning that we have a balance due of Rs. 8000/-, while our record shows nothing. It was asked to your personnel to furnish the bills of the due amount, but the could not do so on the excuse that they are not having any office in Bhadohi. So if you feel that you are unable to service in Bhadohi, please spell out the same in writing and IICT will close the chapter with Airtel.

One thing we like to remind you that it is not possible by any organization to pay you the money by the verbal instruction of Mr. Gaurav Kaushik without any valid document.

You are again requested to spell out your stand by writing within 48 hours, otherwise you will compel us to seek the assistance of Consumer Court.
