Card Undelivered

The bank has converted my existing Platinum card number 5546 2329 0747 4901 to Manhattan. The card as per the SMS from Stan Chart dated 7 September has been delivered to me by First Flight Courier (Dispatch Number CC 5884248) to my address.

I am sorry to state that I have not received the card yet and I fear that my old card as stated above will become redundant.

I have received the statment of the Manhattan card for Rs. 3859.40, but I have NOT deposited the amount because I am not sure about the safe delivery of the card.

I have spoken many times to the customer care but without any result.

I am sorry to state that your customer care is NOT at all serious in attending thecomplaints of the customer. I am using your card since the inception of Stan Chart when it took over the ANZ Grindlay in India.

Please look into this matter and ensure me that I am not PUT in the problem when Iuse my old Platinum Card.

I expect a quick action by the authorities.
