Delivery of tampered and less lpg in refill

Dear Sir,

I received a refill from Jyoti gas agency in the month of march with broken security seal when I complained the dealer told me that they always break the seal to check the leakage in cylinder. When I used the refill it finished in 18 days, whereas my cylinder lasts for at least 60 to 70 days. When I called the agent he was rude and told me I should have complained then and should have got the weight checked. It sjhould be brought to the notice of the authorities that this agency never brings the weighing scale and if we inquire we are rudely told that this is not done. I called the indian oil people but the company has no desire to pay heed to customers. My consumer no is JG4498, and the agency that has cheated me is JYOTI GAS AGENCY in Versova, Andheri West, Mumbai.
