About delivery of Gas Cylinder

My name is sunil kumar, S/o Sri Parmeshwar Prasad, Sadiqpur (Durga Charan Lane), Gulzargagh, Allamganj, Patna -7 I am customer of Ratan Laxmi, (Indian Oil), The vendor of Ratan Laxmi donot give gas cylinder at a time. when i complain the company (Ratan Laxmi) They say that your gas cylinder will reach your home. I have tired to complain to company but they donot take action against his vendor because they are involved in this work. They sell the cylinder in the market in high rate. I and all People of Durga charan lane has uncomfortable the company activity. please take an action the company
