Cheating in Petrol delivery

Hi

Myself sathish i am employee of Oracle financial services ltd [formerly iflex solutions ltd] my office is at Diamond District old Airport Road kodiahalli .today [6th januay 2009] i have entered an indian oil petrol bunk which is there at the airport road just before Daimond District and asked for filling petrol for 500 Rs and Gave my Credit Card, the guy who recvd teh credit card has told the other guy clearly that to fill 500 Rs of petrol and he said ok .then he started filling the petrol and showed me 0 as well but adter the meter turned 100 he said done, i said i was asked for 500 hundred then he turned back to the other guy and said it is for 500 and not 100 the other guy said ok but meanwhile this guy turned to me and said please check the 0 he suddenly pressed the liver resets to 0 and left it suddenly but it was not reset but however the meter shows 0.00 when the liver is pressed and then he filled it for another 400, and said done sir first 100 and now 400 .then i cheked now fuel indicator it was showing less i asked him then he said no sir this is an extra premium petrol you wont get full and i tried to argue but could not, ihave caught this sort of fraud twice before but this time i could not this happens in all the petol bunks.

how do we stop this in future?

do we have an emergency Customer care number to report these kind of frauds online? if not can we have it in future?

what action will be taken against these guys?
