Delay and irregularity in delivery of LPG cylinde

We have booked the gas on 26-12, the same has not been delivered til 10-01. the same has been done earlier, but with repetitive attempts and visits they used to deliver the same. thre is a high level of fraud and mismanegement happens in Berhampur, Orissa division. kindly do the needful at the earliest.
