Domestic Gas Delay in Delivery

My booking date is 4th Aug. On enquiry, the Agency told 7th Aug is being distributed, on asking why I did not receive although my booking date is 4th Aug, the Agency representative rudely told that he wont give any explanation. I know someone in our apartment area booked on 4th Aug (same day as mine) and got the cylinder on 20th Aug. For the last one week I am in dire situation without gas supply. The problem is - there is no one to listen. My consumer no. is 28936 and the Agency is PL Gas Service, Lake Palli, Boral (near Garia, Kolkata), West Bengal
