Never have normal petrol, selling only extra premium which costs higher thn normal petrol

The Indian Oil Petrol Pump located at:

Near Hinjewadi Bridge,

Wakad, Pune-411027

They say that company has stopped normal petrol thats why they never have normal petrol. They have only extra premium petrol.

Indian Oil you are doing shame if this is so.

The petrol seems to be normal but pump owner selling it at price of extra premium and also they say they dont have normal petrol.

How can report i about this petrol pump/India Oil to gove authorities?
