Non- supply of refill cylinder of Indane Gas

I have booked a refill cylinder on 2nd June with agency responsible to supply gas (Presently located in Chhend area of Rourkela). Though more than 7 days have passed the supply of gas could not be done. My consumer ref no. is 01227. Please help.
