Poor/adultrated petrol

I would like to complaint about adultrated quality of petrol sold by M/s Kothari Automobiles Ratanpur-Shamlaji N.H No.8 Navagam (Venpur). Please take the necessary action against the said delear. I filled 29 liters of petrol in my car on 30/8 and my new cars engine started knocking because of poor quality of petrol
