INDIANOIL CITI BANK CREDIT CARD
STATEMENT NOT RECD

Sir,

this is in reference to my indianoil citi bank card no 4385871668829006. i am a regular user of this card and also pay my dues in time. I had not recd the statement for oct 09. But calculating my purchase i paid Rs 1773 by chque no 309183 dtd 21/10/09 .When i recd the statement for NOV 09 i found Rs 442.97 had been charged to my a/c as interest for non payment of my previous due. I only paid my real charges oRs2946 paid by chque no309187 dtd 3/11/09 and not the interest as there is no fault of mine. I am one of ur customer who always pay the due in time.(Pls check my payment record). So i ud request u to pls waive of the interest and make proper arrangements to sent the bill to my email along with the hardcopy by courier.
