Complaint against sri revathy indane gas agency, medavakkam, chennai

Dear sir/madam,

my consumer number is 22986. i had informed about the refilling of the cylinder on march3rd week till date they have not supplied the cylinder and when we contacted them we are getting the same reply of sending the cylinder by the evening 7 o clock. They have been telling these for the last one week. moreover they are not giving proper response when talking over phone. i kindly request you to take necessary action against that agency and make them to give the best service for us.
