Not filling petrol up to the paid amount

Dear Sir,

Today I happened to fill extra premium petrol from an Indian oil outlet. This outlet lies in between Urapakkam and Guduvanchery near Chennai, Tamilnadu. This is the only outlet in between Urapakkam and Guduvancherry (a distance of 2 kms). Here, the amount that I paid was 50 Rs but they filled only for Rs 49.88. The person before me paid 100 Rs but was provided petrol for 99.77 Rs. They are doing this with all the customers. When I inquired, they said, the settings in the machine are done like that. Though the amount they are deducting is in small amounts, when we consider the number of people who are being cheated like this everyday, it becomes a sizeable amount at the end of the month. Please do something in this regard.
