Delay in delivery of cylinder by distributo

I had booked the gas cylinder refill on 15 September over phone with M/s Farid Gas, Manimajra, Chandigarh against my consumer number F 9705 and was informed that delivery will be made in a couple of days. Till date (22 September) I haven't got my cylinder and was told that it will take another two days i.e. Thursday 24.9.09 to deliver the cylinder. They don't inform the booking number also while making booking over phone. I request that the system may please be streamlined to ensure hassle-free service to the customers.
