Cheating at SIVAM dealerships

SIVAM AUTO Indian Oil gas stations (2 at Madhapur, Hyderabad, India) have cheated me through the use of faulty diesel-pumps on two occasions.

The fuel dispensed is about 15-20% less than the reading on the meter. On the second occasion, upon presentation of proof, there was brazen denial.

I request Indian Oil to review its relationship with this delaer / owne
