Non transfer of gas connection from Chennai to Mumbai

My old consumer No.39851 with Triloks Gas Service, Adayar, Chennai-22, On my promotion I have transferred from Chennai to Mumbai. To transfer my gas connection I have deposited my 2 empty cylinders and regulator and subscription voucher No.2899503 on 19.5.2011. Because of the dealers strike, the manager promised me he will send transfer voucher by courier after a week. In the mean time Indian oil Corporation cancelled their dealer ship and all the connections are transferred to M/s. Adayar gas Agencies, Adayar Police Station back side, Chennai. My new consumer No. 51317. As on date I made several complaints and send request letter to Indian Oil Corporation along with all xerox copies of correspondence to transfer my connection to Mumbai.

What is the purpose of complaint? why Indian Oil corporation officers are not understanding? whether all are senseless. Since 8 months I am suffering for home food.
