Problem: Avi Petroleum Dealer fill the X Premium Oil in Swift car (Vehicle Details: UA 08 J 1888) along with water on August 06 at Valsad

Due to this my car is got stuck on highway & spend Rs 15000 for extracting the oil, servicing & inject new engine oil along with fuel filter oil.

It created very big problem (delay in join / mental tension) as I am going to join Philips & going to New Delhi from Mumbai.

In spite of this even they don’t share the complaint book

They were misbehaving with me also.

Plz do the needful for treating shamlessly with the customer & destroying the IOC image.
