Delay in getting new domestic gas connection

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have applied for a new domestic gas connection (Indane) with M/s. Rajesh Gas agency, No. 1, Roja Nagar, Madhavaram, Chennai - 60, Distributor code 117524. I have collected the order form from them after 2 months of booking i.e., on 20.05.09 by regd. post. Since then I personally went there 5-6 times with all the documents required by them, but every time they refused to give the connection due to typical reasons like "regulator not available", "voucher not available", "no power supply" etc. Today I experienced misbehaviour from the staff as well. As I am an employee I cannot afford going like this everyday in duty time / working day which is having professional, personal as well as financial implications. My new connection registration no is 111175240001158 dtd. 16.03.09. My mob no is 91904044030.

Kindly do needful to enable me to get my new connection as early as possible.
