High pressure gas cylinde

Dear sir :

consumer number : 4353 / TUCS, ALANDUR, CHENNAI

We are holding gas connection of indane with above mentioned cunsumer number (4353). last week we had received one cylinder which is having high pressure (pipe line is comes out when cylinder is on). i have registered complant with agency yesterday and today morning and no response from their end . just 10 minutes i have complaint with mr. velu of service cell of indian oil corp.

kindly interfer and replace the cylinder at the earliest.
