Indane gas not supplying

I am consumer of Kandhari Gas Service, & have booked (computerised thru Tel.1260) refilling several times (Last booking No.12 dated 10th April 09). My consumer No. is KT-975, Add:140, E-4, Sector-7, Rohini, Delhi in name of Rajender Kumar Jain. But Nobody cares for delivery. This has been happening for last 3 years. I have complained earlier in this forum only, but no improvement in their behaviour.
