Non transfer of Billing Address of Mobile No. 96435558197

After my transfer from Guwahati in May, I applied for transfer of my billing address from Guwahti to Digboi and had deposited all the relevant documents pertaining to its effect along with the Application of Transfer of Address at BSNL, Dispur Exchange. I was assured that the transfer will be done on July. But till date it was not materialized. And the bills are still being sent to the old address.

The matter was referred to SDE (Dispur) over phone, but no result is found till date.

I once again request to look into the matter.
