No response in complaint of Gas Leakage

I am consumer of Kandhari Gas Service, Plot No. A-63, Pocket-00, Sector-2, Rohini (Ph.011-27519710) & have lodged complaint for gas leakage in their cylinder (computerised thru Tel.1260) twice (Last complaint No.1 dated 5th May 09 & Complaint No.3 dated around 30April09). My consumer No. is KT-975, Add:140, E-4, Sector-7, Rohini, Delhi in name of Rajender Kumar Jain. But Nobody cares for response to leakage comlaint. This has been happening for last 3 years (delivering leaking cylinders due to walve problems). I have complained earlier in this forum only, but no improvement in their behaviour.
