i m vijay vartak. working in indian oil and i have faced two main problems from your part and those are

1- my address is changed to Indian oil corporation limited [Indane botaling plant siltara phase I near mahamaya sponge] from the old address-Gurukupa c10/12 pragati nagar ujjain near nanakheda busstand. m.p.

2- my dividend is not regular in course and the problem is holding with up two years.
