An unaccounted deduction of Rs.18, 750/- has been made in the statement received on date in favour of M/s. Jet Airways (India) PR Mumbai on 28/03. Please be informed that I have not purchased any ticket other than Rs.477/-(on 28/03) towards tax against a redemption ticket from Kolkata to Mumbai on 11/05.
This deduction is totally unconnected to any expenditure incurred towards Jet Airways by the undersigned. Please look into the matter and arrange to refunding the amount to my SBi Credit Card.
