Indian oil corporation ltd 4th floor scope comlex 6th core new delhi brought one circular on ist june to deny employers PF contributions on leave encashment to employees from 01 april 09 Those who applied in may month even paid net amount after deducting PF from their leave encashment amount but now denying them employers contribution by bring this cirular on 010609 and giving effect from 010409.
