Delay in supply of LPG cylinde

Sir,

My consumer not. 23486.

I am attached to M/s. Virgas, Ganapathy st. West Mambalam. Chennai.33.

I booked for my refill cylinder on 08-10-09.

Till date ie 27-10-09 the cylinder has not been supplied.

I personally called on them today. They assured supply by this evening which has not happened

till now 6.50 pm.

They have been supplying the refills within a week regularly.

Only this occasion this inordiante delay is happening.

pl. look into the matter and urge them to supply the refill cylinder latest by 28-10-09.
