This is brought to your kind notice that my LPG Indane connection consumer No.1837 in the name of Ajit Kumar Shukla (A.K. Shukla) residence of 199-A&B Gazipur, DDA Flats, Delhi-110096 with Verma Gas Agency, F-6 Pal Market Mandawali, Delhi has been disactivate because of 6 month gap in last booking i.e. 27th of June. As that time I was out of station for official purpose.

Therefore, you are requested to please activate my LPG Indane connection consumer No.1837. At an earliest as I am facing problem due to big joint family.
