Delay in supply

The above agency is regularly harrassing customers by not adhering to the booking date while making delivery. i booked one cylinder during 1st week of Sept. 08 and no delivery made as yet, while my neighbour booked on 26 Sept and already received his cylinder. an enquery will reveal that this is no exception, majority of customers are suffering this way and are totally disgusted. The agency employees never receive telephone bookings and every time I have to physically visit their shop. It appears that IOC officials either have no control over the dealer or are simply oblivious towards their customers' wooes.
